in 1993 as a one person company offering administrative services in
support of client Applicant Screening programs, Matrix has grown to
become a multi-faceted organization serving over 300 clients in 24 states. We firmly believe that our success is the direct result of our
commitment to excellence and to always delivering to our clients, more
than we promise.
Our primary business is to provide administrative and management services in support of employee and applicant drug & alcohol testing programs and to work with new customers to implement substance abuse testing programs that are in compliance with all state and federal statutes. Matrix Performance Services provides quality, value added services in the development and operation of incentive and recognition initiatives designed to attract, retain, motivate, recognize and reward those people who impact our clients' business; their employees, dealers, distributors and agents.
